We're excited to introduce Hat of Brisbane West—one of our RPP partners. With a wealth of experience in business, a passion for photography, and a burning desire to succeed, we couldn't be happier to welcome him to the network.

We sat down with Hat and his wife, Angela, around launch to learn more about their RPP journey and what they had planned. When asked why they decided to start with RPP, Hat replied:

"We wanted to be our own boss, but we also wanted the guidance of a mentor who had established processes and systems in place. A franchised business seemed like the perfect option for us."

With a background in cabinet making and eight years as a Foxtel Installation Technician, Hat brought customer service, business management, and problem-solving skills. His true passion always lay in photography:

“ I have always had an interest in photography in general and when I saw the ad for an RPP franchise, I thought this would be a perfect business to suit my work/life balance.”

And with RPP, Hat could turn that passion into a viable local business.

The best part of Hat's RPP journey so far? Learning:

"Nik has been a fantastic mentor. We feel very excited to be starting this new venture under his guidance and as we meet other franchisees, we hope to learn from them as well."

That mentor line is from Hat’s launch-era interview—kept as a genuine historical quote. Today, partners are supported by Head Office under CEO Joel Adamson.

Looking ahead at the time, Hat and Angela said:

"We hope to have established a repeat client base in the Brisbane West region and potentially have one or two additional photographers."
